What we collect
Your account details (name, email, business name), the records you create in the app (customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, schedules), and basic usage data needed to run the service. Customers who use your request link or portal give us the details they type in — those belong to your business, not to us.
Payments
Card payments run through Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; Stripe's own privacy policy governs payment data.
What we do with it
We use your data to run HometownLift Biz for you — nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Emails and text messages are sent only on your behalf (estimates, invoices, reminders) or to you (service notices).
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel) in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your choices
Export your customers, invoices, and payments any time from Reports. Want your account and its data deleted? Email hello@hometownlift.comand we'll take care of it.
