The service
HometownLift Biz is a field-service management platform for local trades businesses: requests, estimates, scheduling, invoicing, online payments, and crew tools. We provide the software; you run your business. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you send customers and for complying with the laws that apply to your trade.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe and your team list current. You're responsible for activity under your organization's account, including crew badge use.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per business, not per user. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice. Annual plans are discounted and non-refundable after 30 days.
Payments
Online card payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Money moves between your customer and your connected Stripe account; we are not a party to the underlying service contract between you and your customer.
Your data
Your business records are yours. Export them any time. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no spamming customers, no attempting to break or probe the platform's security. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other businesses at risk.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
